Gym Induction sessions with Julie Sinclair, 15min sessions drop in anytime between 9am-12 noon. If you intend to use the Gym equipment you must have an induction session.
Come along to the Community Centre for some yoga exercises. Such a great way to start your day and you are certain to feel much better afterwards!
