Induction on use of Catalina Swimming pool/spa & gym – attendance at 1 session Monday 4th or Tuesday 5th at 4:00pm required by all. If absent from the village or ill, please arrange an alternate induction date with the office prior to trying to access the pool or gym.
Happy Hour, either on the Terrace or inside the Community Centre, depending on weather. Bar is open.
Zumba is a great way to exercise and move your body whilst having fun, sing along and a dance. With moves that are easy to do, great music and a great group to have fun with. Come and join us we would love to see you here. Ladies and Gents are welcome.
Gym Induction sessions with Julie Sinclair, 15min sessions drop in anytime between 10:15am - 12:15pm. If you intend to use the Gym equipment you must have an induction session.
Everyone is welcome to join in some low impact dance, bring your own weights.
