Catalina Village Grand Opening
Catalina Village opened its’ doors to hundreds of visitors under beautiful blue skies on Sunday 24th March, 2019. Councillor David Belcher, Deputy Mayor Lake Macquarie Council kindly officiated at the Official Opening and gave a warm welcome to the new residents of the village and all those visiting on the day with thoughts of making Catalina their new home.
Boyd McCallum and Stephen Murray, Directors of Catalina Lake Macquarie, were on hand to answer questions about the impending stage 2 plans under the staged construction of the 178 home master-planned village. The first group of village residents also attended and were a wonderful assistance to visitors who really wanted to hear first-hand about the steps involved in making the move to Catalina. Tracey Palser, General Manager and Kelsie Crowe, Sales Coordinator were kept busy on the day and following the event, assisting those who took advantage of the óff the plan’ prices to make their deposit at the Open Day.
